These terms govern the shipping and consolidation services provided by Brisar International Group LLC, doing business as Brisar Express.
We receive parcels at our Miami warehouse and forward them to Venezuela by air or ocean. Quoted prices cover the service described at the time of quoting.
Quotes are based on the weight and dimensions you declare. We weigh and measure each parcel on arrival at our warehouse. If the actual weight or size exceeds what was declared, the difference in cost is payable before the parcel continues to its destination.
You may not ship items prohibited by the carriers, by United States export law, or by Venezuelan customs. You are responsible for the contents you declare.
Payment is due before a shipping label is issued. Bank transfers are confirmed manually and may take time to verify; your shipment proceeds once payment is confirmed.
If you opt in, we send transactional SMS about your shipments and payments. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the coverage purchased for the shipment. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
